Within our standard specification, our highly efficient sustainability measures offer rainwater recycling, solar thermal water heating, intelligent LED lighting, heating / cooling using air source heat pumps VRF/VRV, and insulation levels exceeding Building Regulation.

As a result, the scheme will enable our customers to benefit from more resilient and sustainable logistics operations, attracting some of the biggest brands operating in the UK.
