SEGRO Logistics Park Northampton is a large-scale logistics park, which will house up to 5 million square feet of warehouse premises.

It will have its own rail terminal for the exclusive use of freight traffic with the aim of supporting and encouraging the increased movement of freight by rail.

The developed scheme is expected to generate in excess of 7,450 jobs. This section of the website will be regularly updated with information about the development including traffic and road improvements.
